Our Policies

Payment Options:
Personals checks (w/ hold,) cashiers checks, money orders and Paypal (on select orders) are all accepted forms of payment. Payment can be made to our mailing address or to scatstroker@hotmail.com for Paypal transactions.

Warranties:
Items are guaranteed to arrive in new condition but are 'As Is' with the only warranty being that provided by the original manufacture.

Orders:
Orders placed before 12pm Pacific Standard time will be processed the same day and shipped, if possible. Same day shipments are NOT guaranteed and are subject to availability. Vendor processing can take 1-2 days with some vendors. Custom orders and out of stock items will be on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed by AD Performance. Every reasonable effort will be made to insure the most timely delivery of our products but can be based upon vendor commitments and are not guaranteed.

Orders are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex ground and are FOB.

Returns:
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date with a RA generated by AD Performance. Items without RA's will NOT be accepted and we will not be responsible for problems arising as a result.

Custom or Special orders CANNOT be returned. All Items not in stock and/or are custom ordered for the customer are considered to be special orders.

Custom Pistons, and select other parts, CANNOT be cancelled under any circumstances after production has begun.

Refunds will be refunded in the same method they were paid. For money orders, cashiers checks or wire transfer payments a company check will be issues.
